History was made in the year 1922. Amongst other things, the first person received an insulin injection as treatment for diabetes... the BBC was founded... and they started building Yankee Stadium. It was also the year that Metallisation opened their doors for the first time, offering a new solution to corrosion problems on structural steelwork.

Like the others, we've come a long way since then. To date, we're the only UK developer, manufacturer and worldwide supplier of a full range of metal spraying equipment and consumables. Equipment such as Arcspray, Flamespray, Plasma, HVOF and Automated Spraying systems.

On a larger and far reaching scale, we're proud to be considered as leading experts worldwide in advanced, innovative surface coating technology.

We believe that the best equipment, coupled with the best service and a vast variety of applications, equals the very best results, in every environment.

More than two-thirds of our products are shipped overseas, and environments with extreme weather conditions are our key markets.

An example is the awe-inspiring Burj Al Arab hotel on the Dubai Coast. Like a giant sail on the edge of the desert, this stunning structure is protected by Metallisation from the high daytime temperatures and the corrosive forces of the sand and sea.

Our commitment to Research and Development is total, with every product we make having been researched, developed, manufactured and supplied by us, all to meet our customer's exacting requirements. Recently, that commitment was recognised by the presentation to Metallisation of the prestigious Lord Stafford Impact through Innovation Award.
